Absolutely horrific customer service. Made a prepaid order which was never delivered yet after few hours was showing as delivered. After being able to reach toll-free after many attempts was told I should post the issue on Twitter and they could do nothing. No communication or refund received thus far, probably thinking about taking this legal.

This has the worst customer care services mainly because they only have a virtual customer assistant which is literally of no use and secondly the stores always keep the phone switched off. So they have no customer care executive in place who can help out at all! I ended up placing duplicate requests accidentally and when I was trying to cancel one of the orders, no one was available to help me out!

Worst experience with customer service. When I'm trying to reach customer service there is no one to attend the call. And this Virtual assistant is even worst, while raising concern when I'm selecting the order number after that it is buffering only no other option os coming regarding that particular order number.
