After one of updates it stopped being usable. I'm receiving randomly "invalid session token" message and log off. So basically I can't do anything with my account anymore and I have to head to physical store. And yes, for a God sake, why red and black?! Previous version was not the best, but it was way more user friendly and it didn't look so aggressive.

Most of the time app doesn't work, specially when you want to transfer amount from your account, and when you call to customer care they say we are working on this issue, when did they'll resolve this issue permanently 🙄 🤔 don't know.

It's frustrating to update emirates ID. The option are to update through emirates pass, through website but still with uae pass. The problem is uae pass app keep on crashing that it's unable us to update our ID.. pls find a better solution. This is really frustrating
