Check-in on the app is impossible - every time I open the app it goes to black screen and closes. I tried to reinstall the app and the same thing happens. My phone is up to date and my apps are. For my journey there, I got further with check-in, however could not successfully complete because it stated my information was received but there was an error and I had to check-in at the desk. They tried to charge everyone for desk check-in despite the majority reporting app issues.

It kind of works for the most part, if you check in online you don't get a printed ticket, boarding pass on the app shows up once or twice but after that I get an error and no flight booking found message, then I have to go back and show this to someone so they can print me a ticket. Seems like a very simple thing not to screw up

Absolute rubbish! Keeps crashing and not finding information. This airline charges if you don't have an electronic boarding pass or printed version. However the app provides no option to download e-copies or does not pull information at gate. Finally they print paper copies at the gate causing delays!! If you want to go electronic, provide a more stable and useful app.
