The app was working well for weeks and is now "incompatable with my phone." I cannot access anything through a browser because it automatically sends me to a link to update the app. My loan is still in process so hopefully this doesn't affect access to documents that I need to sign to complete my loan.

what a pathetic app. The browser version directs you to download the app instead. then you go to sign things in the app, the only reason for using it, and it directs you back to the web browser version

1/5 Cannot Open App, because of "Update"? Therefore it is very difficult to esign documents in a timely manner, which is frustrating... Please fix?
