I've had this app for years and never really had any problems or issues. But recently in the last few months, EVERY single time I open the app, I have to get a verification code sent to me. Even after using biometrics to sign in, it still has to text me a code. I would rather not even use the app any more because of it. Fix this or I'll just delete it

The worst online banking app is also the worst mobile application. Fire the Web developer. I downloaded this app several times, but it freezes up at the logo page. I can access accounts without going through the app, but can't make a deposit. How ridiculous is this? And no sooner had I signed up for the mobile banking than I got two phishing attacks: one saying my account was overdrawn and another saying I was locked out for too many log in attempts with the wrong password. Unacceptable.

Once again the mobile deposit fails to work. This has begun to happen frequently and each time it's a different issue. Last time when taking the picture of the check, it kept telling me to "move closer" but any closer and you wouldn't be able to see the whole check. This time, it takes the picture with no issue but the picture doesn't upload. So when you click "submit" it says "images required to proceed." Please fix this issue. As of 2/10/2023: Mobile deposit still doesn't work for me.
