Update: unable to redeem rewards! what else will go wrong? why indicate that I have $100+ and can't use it?! Frustrating!! I'm hating this app! I miss the old one. This doesn't sync my activity, doesn't allow me to log activity and just tells me to get moving. I think this is to avoid rewarding each month. I hope I'm wrong...I really enjoyed Rally, especially since I pay so much for health insurance.

This new app is awful. It's difficult to log in without fingerprint. It asks me literally every 5 seconds which Google account to select, so I have to click it between every other click. It's difficult to find benefits & how to fulfill missions to receive the gift cards. the old app was so straightforward, & I was easily able to get the max from my employer. this app makes the whole thing a nightmare. and it doesn't even notify me so I can check in on missions. ETA: also can't redeem my money.

Totally unusable. This app is horrible since it replaced the old one. Even after uninstalling and reinstalling it takes forever to load, that's if it loads at all. Still waiting after numerous attempts for 25 minutes and absolutely cannot even view my activities or rewards. It's just a piece of junk now. If I could give it no stars I would. What good is any app that cannot even be viewed, much less used?? Horrible.
