Great for checking your balance, terrible at remembering your login info. Why let me use biometrics and then take me to a login page? And I know I've selected the "remember me" button. I don't remember which username and password I use on all platforms, so every time I want to use this app I need to look up that info...again! Just leave me signed in!

If I had the option to not leave a Star that would be the choice to make. I can use the browser site for Optum Financial without a problem. I downloaded the App, my login information was found by the App, but I kept receiving an error message "Page Not Found". My personal information was verified by the app, but mysteriously the page was not found. Not cool! This seems very sketchy.

I currently can't open the app. I keep getting told I don't have the most up to date version, but there is no newer version on Google Play! prior to that I couldn't even log in. the customer care number on Google play doesn't even show up as the main customer care number for Optum Financial on their site. the phone tree prompts you for your soc too when you ask for mobile app support. Just feels sketchy.
