I cannot even use the app it keep saying I need to update it but there isn't an upgrade available. I have tried clearing the cache, clearing and erasing the data, I even tried uninstalling and redownloading it and nothing worked. Prior to that it would keep telling me that my login information was incorrect. When you go to reset your password and retry logging in it says the your information is incorrect. At this point I feel like the app is useless. Just better off going online to check account

Was unable to get logged in, even after resetting my password. Then customer rep told me not to use the mobile app. Seriously? The full website is very confusing, log on site is buried. This needs to be fixed! Edit 3/15/25: Over a year later, and they STILL haven't gotten this working for my Pixel 8. I wish I could give zero stars for this. Update 1/8/26-I'm trying to log in on the app, getting a message, needs to be updated. I go to the Play Store, and there's no update to the app!

App was working, newest update no longer works. Not sure when the new update went into effect but I can no longer use the app to access my HSA. It keeps telling me to update it BUT ITS UP TO DATE. Very frustrating and now I have to use a browser just to look at my stuff. Please fix this issue. I have deleted and reinstalled the app several times trying to fix the issue.
