When I first installed, everything was great. I saved 4 coupons in the app, and the first worked fine at my pharmacy. But the next time, the coupon didn't work. I called Optum Support, and they told me the app's coupons often don't work, and I should just use my physical card because the discount will be same. So basically Optum Perks discounts are great, but this app is unreliable.

optum perks just takes your money and the Dr doesn't even prescribe the proper medicine. there is no customer service. this whole site is a scam! I will be reporting to the better business bureau. This is terrible healthcare even for Americans.

It beats Good Rx on my prescription. It's been over a year and Optmum is the best price for my Rx saving me hundreds of $! thank you Optum.
