IndiGo Cabin Crew Training Simulator is an immersive training experience designed to help trainees understand the key responsibilities of a cabin crew member through interactive simulation.
The app includes 3 training activities covering the complete crew journey — from a day in the life of a cabin crew member, to cabin familiarization, and galley familiarization.
Trainees can experience realistic scenarios such as pre-duty preparation, airport briefing, onboard safety checks, cabin and galley equipment identification, passenger boarding, door procedures, brace position, in-flight service, arrival, and debriefing.
With step-by-step guidance, visual cues, and interactive learning, the simulator helps trainees build confidence, improve process understanding, and become familiar with real cabin crew workflows in a safe virtual environment.
