SunPass is the State of Florida's innovative Prepaid Toll Program. SunPass PRO and SunPass Mini transponders can be used in Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, Texas, Oklahoma, and Kansas. SunPass PRO transponders can also be used everywhere E-ZPass is accepted.

App is awkward. Drop down screens won't allow access. Contacting SunPass is nearly impossible. Contact Us and Phone directories lead to FAQs and never allows message through. Was charged for a Transponder Pro but didn't receive it. Finally disputed card charge which got their attention. Device was then mailed to me 42 days after initial order date. Customer service is bad.

Pass still doesn't work,and app doesn't work. 👎🏼 you cant even contact customer service through the contact us page. Still 2 yrs later you can't even email them. Terrible online system, can't imagine a elderly person having to use this format. They sent me a bill. I scan the code on the bill pulls up nothing. So I log into my account there are no unpaid tolls. So I tried to send a email and their system rejects my email. This is totally unacceptable, and unprofessional.

This new app is a disaster. Nothing works. I used to just pull up the Sunpass website and all was well. Not so anymore. Not only can I not get into the website but I cant get into the new app either...it doesn't recognize my account number or transponder number. Tried calling them but they were too busy to talk to me. Not sure what I'll do when it comes time to update my credit card info. Of course they did take their payment this month. No trouble there. This app definitely needs work.
