Extremely disappointing experience with SBI Maldives app. This is by far the most unreliable banking app I've ever used. Constant errors, failed logins, and OTPs that never arrive on time — if at all. It's frustrating and unacceptable, especially when dealing with urgent transactions. I expect better from a major bank. Real rating is Zero star.

Disappointed with this app. Poor service, not user friendly. Our money is looted by this bank in the name of maintenance but no improvement at all. They doesn't work for us we work according to their convenience. The app all of a sudden undergo maintainance shutdown and the people who rely on this app for remittance are unable to send money back home in proper time. all together if I could rate negative value i would give negative( -100) for this app.

Worst experience sor far with this bank, poor customer service, app doesn't work on time issues with otp and many more. If had options to rate 0 star would have rated. Would like to recommend not to go with this bank.
