Very disappointing app. It is not user-friendly and has frequent technical issues. Almost every time I try to log in, I get errors like "Fatal Exception" or "OTP service not available." These problems make it difficult to access banking services when needed. A banking app should be reliable and stable. I hope the developers fix these issues and improve the overall user experience.

Total disaster banking app experience, roaming around for 4 days because they blocked my access to account because of wrong OTP.

don't even wanted to give 1 star , entering the same OTP but still showing incorrect, disappointed but I think they are shameless ,coz this is my 2nd time reviewing but still no response from other side
