such a horrible app !! I have been using apps of multiple banks, but never faced such issues in other banks. Even in today's technologically advanced era, SBI app is pathetic !!! can't even login, tried reinstalling the app, still no use.

Worst experience sor far with this bank, poor customer service, app doesn't work on time issues with otp and many more. If had options to rate 0 star would have rated. Would like to recommend not to go with this bank.

Extremely disappointing experience with SBI Maldives app. This is by far the most unreliable banking app I've ever used. Constant errors, failed logins, and OTPs that never arrive on time — if at all. It's frustrating and unacceptable, especially when dealing with urgent transactions. I expect better from a major bank. Real rating is Zero star.
