I have been trying to use the app to create a digital check. I have instructions, that for an Apple or Android device I can click a "create icon", however there is no icon present. I can get past the funky UI and the lack of saving input data, but the instructions for the app are poor and especially for a day and age where most transactions can happen more securely than through wire transfer, sending money through an app is this terrible.

Advertised the ability to use e-check, couldn't submit an e-check. UI looks worse than my college capstone project. Was apparently logged out for inactivity...while using the camera to take a picture of the check. No way to save the progress of a transaction, so if you need to back out for any reason you need to enter all of the information in again. And again. And again. This is embarrassing. Can't believe the biggest purchase of my life depends on this.

Session time out WAY too short. Also seems to log out when you change apps (like to look at the contract to get the $$$ amount, seller name, address, etc). Developers have something with potential here, but there are several improvements that need to be made to rate it higher...
