I have been trying to use the app to create a digital check. I have instructions, that for an Apple or Android device I can click a "create icon", however there is no icon present. I can get past the funky UI and the lack of saving input data, but the instructions for the app are poor and especially for a day and age where most transactions can happen more securely than through wire transfer, sending money through an app is this terrible.

Horrible app for several reasons: NOT intuitive, gave directions but missing several key points, I entered an address and the app kept inputting my gps location. One good thing is that they did solve the issues relatively quickly otherwise I would have given it a zero if I could. It would be easier just to go down to the title office and hand the check over. Very frustrating.

I downloaded this app to make an earnest money payment. It is truly an awful app and the one star reviews are well deserved. The UI is poor, which is not that big of a deal to me, but the central issue is that it simply does not work. Every time I go to take a photo of the check for the deposit, one of three things happen: 1) The camera doesn't open and an error message pops up, 2) The camera loads and then an error message pops up, 3) The camera loads, snaps a photo and then crashes.
