Ratings and reviews

It works very well for roadside assistance which is why I gave it 2 stars and not 1, but if I try to log in to my actual account (e.g. to renew insurance), it always says that an error occurred, unauthorized with a number, and an error code, which changes every time. This was after reinstalling the app. Before uninstalling and reinstalling, I couldn't even get to the login screen. Also, there's no way to find help with the user ID. I had to Google it (wasn't sure if it was my email or policy #)

The app would be great if it didn't give you such a rigid set of choices for towing destinations. Home was not an option and should have been; the AAA certified dealership where I have a warranty is 1.6 miles away and also not an option. The places that did pop up were all closed, and two were nine miles away. It's also impossible to go to map view and choose "Search this area" to get a different set of results. I gave this two stars because it allows access to my membership card

UPDATE: The app is STILL GLITCHY!!!! I login each month and am not sure what to expect at each login. It's cumbersome and there's too much going on. It would be nice to have a simpler way to login and view my policy and manage my payment schedule. There are countless updates to the app with little to no improvement. I'm consistently disappointed. Nothing has changed since my last review from TWO YEARS AGO.
