This app is complete rubbish. It’s hard to use, buggy, slow, and full of poor design choices. I tried to verify my details, but the app kept throwing errors. On top of that, the date-of-birth selector is badly designed, I had to manually click back from the current year all the way to the 1990s. That’s not acceptable for a banking app. A lot of features don't work and are badly named , tell me why "card management" houses my accounts and not actual cards???

This app is good for most operations, but disappoints when you really need it. When you're making purchases that need approval in the app, it either doesn't send the approval request or sends it after the time has expired. This leads to me abandoning the transaction, even after multiple attempts. From this perspective, it makes the app rather useless. You can't count on it, especially when you really need to make whatever purchase you wanted.

Used the Absa app to purchase a considerable value of airtime. The app had an error and didn't send the airtime but took charged my account, and now Absa does not want to reimburse the money even though it was their application at fault in this transaction. To the point I am wary of ever using this application again if the bugs are going to cause such inconveniences.
