Ratings and reviews

App crashes when you try to buy airtime for a different number. Does not provide an option to download statements for a given period, only the statement it has listed, currently the latest is December 2025. Does not list beneficiaries saved from USSD when trying to transact nor is it able to search for them but lists them at the beneficiary management page. Also can't save them via the app because they already exist. Overall disappointing.

I struggle with this app and often have to uninstall and reinstall, and to get back in on its own is an Olympic sport, you have to travel all the way to a branch to reactivate. How is it deemed technology if I can't set it up remotely without human intervention? Truly depressing 😢

0/10. The app only works sometimes, it can also log you out in the middle of a transaction. Absa Botswana don't even care to fix it. its just the worst banking app and Absa knows it. I know many people with different devices who are not happy with this app. So I am sure the problem is not my device.
