Poor online and mobile banking experience. This app is most of the time Out of Service. Interbank transfer always gives errors and out of service feedbacks. It has not been stable and it's been like this for soo many years and I'm surprised they are not fixing it. A banking app with an overall 3.x star rating shows how bad and poor your mobile banking experience is.

App to slow. When you open the it shows the Absa logo for a long time before opening. Even after the update, it's still slow.

Used to be nice, simple and easy to use. After the recent update, everything is now temporary out of service I temporary froze my card for security. When I needed to use the ATM, I couldn't unfreeze it because it's temporarily out of service. It's been several days now. Transferring money with the app is now a huge pain. You made this app worse with every update.
