I went to try and view what I ha e remaining on my loan and how many payments I have remaining, and I cannot view anything. I click on app, it brings me to the biometric screen, I scan my print, and it goes to the "acima" screen.... nothing else. Then it automatically sends me a code via text without me doing anything. It's frustrating that I cannot see anything of mine.

The app itself is simple to use but I hate having to receive a code every time I log in on my phone or laptop. The idea of "buy now, pay later" is absolutely NOT worth it in this case. If you can't afford whatever it is you're wanting, either save up or go to a different loaning entity because you're going to pay much MUCH more in the end with Acima.

If you want to pay a loan off early, there's a certain page you have to go to inside the app, and that page never loads, forcing you to pay the immorally high rates the whole way through, even when you can afford to pay it off early. Also, as a whole, this company takes advantage of anybody stupid enough to do business with them, dont make the same mistake I did. The total cost of whatever you buy through them is around 3x higher than the actual price of the item
