gen x, here and mostly computer literate. I can work about everything thrown my way. except this. to my disappointment. I spent an hour with the trial period and consistently hit brick walls with the interface. couldn't find help feature in the app or online. cancelled the subscription within 1 hour and 1 minute and will never use again unless offered a one on one, irl tutoring session. I'm kidding, I'll never use it again.

As a land manager for several properties in northern NH, I find it very useful for understanding the land ownership, size and context for where I work. I would have provided 5 stars except, since it is based on property tax assessment data from each NH town, it is only as good as the quality and accuracy of that data which, in some instances, can be unreliable. I admit, the latter is not really the fault of Acres app.

It's good when it works. More times than not, it's NOT working. When clicking on explore or insights, no additional information comes up. When it did show more information, it worked well, but it's rare that the information shows up. I hope you get it working right. FOLLOW UP: Since then, they started charging money for this. Wasn't worth free, since the update, it's A TERRIBLE app.
