the idea of this app is great and initially everything was running smooth. Ever since I won enough credit to not have to pay my bill, the offers have been "glitching" and I'm not being rewarded for completing tasks. cust. sev. takes days to respond to you always requesting additional information that most times I provide in my initial email. I'll never understand how the app can track three completed task skip one and then go right back to tracking. still waiting cust. ser. now from days ago.

I found ad it up on my phone while making space and uninstalling apps when I found out I could bring my phone bill down. I could not keep the discovery to myself. People whom I told about ad it up gave it a shot but they kept having issues with missing coins for achievements or randomly missing coins and I found it strange. I had never experienced that before. Until it happened to me. Support has not helped, no answer, or solution. Big payouts dont workout what a let down.

Once you earn enough to pay your bill once or twice , they glitch out the bigger paying levels and tell you to just play another game instead of the one you've played for the better points. Find it funny the lower levels that gives small point rewards work fine on the same game and it's just the levels with the higher point rewards that glitch. Never hear anything back if you report the app and customer service isn't any help either and just says to ignore points owed and play another game.
