the idea of this app is great and initially everything was running smooth. Ever since I won enough credit to not have to pay my bill, the offers have been "glitching" and I'm not being rewarded for completing tasks. cust. sev. takes days to respond to you always requesting additional information that most times I provide in my initial email. I'll never understand how the app can track three completed task skip one and then go right back to tracking. still waiting cust. ser. now from days ago.

It's so fun and easy earning Metro bill credits with this app. And they have so many opportunities for free points! It's a no-brainer. Even just spinning the wheel daily will get you there eventually. Redeeming for $5, $10, or $20 is simple and instant. Be sure to verify the phone number associated with your Ad ItUp account so your credit will be applied to the correct Metro bill.

Don’t advertise the multiple reward points you can get if you’re not willing to pay them out. I have 36 days left to complete and am at level 23 , at level 20 you’re supposed to get 2300 points, I contacted support with screenshots and was told to pause the game or it will not guarantee the next pay out wth. That is some BS. I played the game , past the level it advertised to pass to get the points and here we are. Been playing on add it up for years and had that happen with numerous games.
