the idea of this app is great and initially everything was running smooth. Ever since I won enough credit to not have to pay my bill, the offers have been "glitching" and I'm not being rewarded for completing tasks. cust. sev. takes days to respond to you always requesting additional information that most times I provide in my initial email. I'll never understand how the app can track three completed task skip one and then go right back to tracking. still waiting cust. ser. now from days ago.

hey! just to let you people know, your app ain't working right now. when i open it, there's just a little purple button that keeps saying: reload. otherwise, this is a great app, helps with my phone bill being on a fixed income. also, too many of the game aren't recognized & haven't earned points for playing & installing on them.

Constantly having issues rewarding my points earned. The latest game has happened twice. Upon the last level where points weren't rewarded, support just tells me to stop playing game for awhile. Really, for how long? No response. Your app or the developers you work with are misleading. If you're not going to honor points you offer to get by playing games then stop offering and advertising for them. It's just downright fraud.
