the idea of this app is great and initially everything was running smooth. Ever since I won enough credit to not have to pay my bill, the offers have been "glitching" and I'm not being rewarded for completing tasks. cust. sev. takes days to respond to you always requesting additional information that most times I provide in my initial email. I'll never understand how the app can track three completed task skip one and then go right back to tracking. still waiting cust. ser. now from days ago.

I have several complaints. at first it was cool play games to reduce your bill. but sometimes you don't get your points. and jump through the hoops they want to actually redeem have them make it right... several times been told sorry no can do..it makes it hard to want to keep watching soooo many adds. there is a option to get spins once a hour. I was keeping a average of getting over 100 coins daily for several months. even made it close to 600. not once have I received more than 50 points.

I decided to start using this app again after not using it for years. I was getting ready to gain 50,000 coins and the app kicked me out and gave me a message "log in so you dont lose your points". I logged back in and my points went to zero. Contacted customer service and they accused me of trying to make multiple accounts. I responded telling them I don't have multiple accounts and since then they haven't replied. This app is a waste of time and a scam. Don't fall for it!
