the idea of this app is great and initially everything was running smooth. Ever since I won enough credit to not have to pay my bill, the offers have been "glitching" and I'm not being rewarded for completing tasks. cust. sev. takes days to respond to you always requesting additional information that most times I provide in my initial email. I'll never understand how the app can track three completed task skip one and then go right back to tracking. still waiting cust. ser. now from days ago.

I think I've played 25 hours to get $5 off of my phone bill. I don't know if it actually does take the money off yet. I guess I'll find out. It does suck every time I get to spin for coins or whatever, I have to watch an ad every single time. I'm told my spin is ready, then it goes to an add. I'm suppose to have $10 taken off of my bill& I ain't sure how long I played for the 1st $5, but I know I played over 25 (twenty five) whole hrs for the 2nd 5. all the ads make it not worth it.

I wish I could give screenshots here of how inadequate their support team is here. The most recent screw over is I've been playing for hours on a spades game and reached over 55,000 points for level 200 with 12 days left to play and I'm told "sorry for your inconvenience we can't give you your points". ABSOLUTELY NO REASON! The game has given me points up until now, there's time left to play, it's still advertised, so the problem has to be they have false advertised and don't want to pay! BEWARE
