the idea of this app is great and initially everything was running smooth. Ever since I won enough credit to not have to pay my bill, the offers have been "glitching" and I'm not being rewarded for completing tasks. cust. sev. takes days to respond to you always requesting additional information that most times I provide in my initial email. I'll never understand how the app can track three completed task skip one and then go right back to tracking. still waiting cust. ser. now from days ago.

ad it up app works most of the time. I appreciate that I can pay towards my bill. I'm playing games so why not make it count towards something. Not all the apps work and when you submit a work ticket they just block you from Playing the app and then say "sorry you must have done something wrong when downloading or didn't follow the instructions" and then don't credit you. That doesn't happen all the time but when it does it's frustrating. I've had 90% of the apps work properly so it's 4 stars.

11/29/25 Great app. I had trouble getting it going. You can't sign up or get access to earning potential until you download apps. I couldn't get a clear explanation why. There were a couple tech issues that finally got resolved. 12/4/25 update I downgraded this app because I just completed level 50 on Color Wood Cryptogram & was supposed to get 3500 pts when suddenly the app said I wouldn't get pts & that I must have installed it before. I hadn't & I got the app for the 1st thru Ad Up & got pts.
