Most of the time stuck on connecting. Support said I need a whole new system. I moved the keypad to the best cellular reception area in my house and connecting was much better for months. Now it's crashed, and neither me nor my wife can connect at all. Support is so lacking in intelligence and technical knowledge that its just so frustrating to speak with them. The techs that have come out are clueless. If there's ANYONE who can resolve issues, please contact me. Extremely poor support.

App is always malfunctioning! 3 people in my home, and we're always having problems with this app, and can't use it. Fingerprint never works. UPDATE: Was working ok for a good while! Now I cannot connect anymore in the app! Just keeps saying "connecting!" Also, the fact that only 1 person in the household can use it really upsets me! We all need app access! We all use the system! New Update: Says I need verification code, BUT DOESN'T ALLOW ME TO REQUEST ONE! I'm so over this app!!! 😑

I haven't reviewed an app in many years but this one makes my blood boil. It has one job and it barely functions. Doesn't connect, constantly signs out, every update makes it worse. For the first two years we used it, everything functioned without a hitch. Now it's a battle to the point where we've gone back to just setting and unsetting the alarm manually. It's rare to find an app from a major corporation that's complete trash, but this is it.
