Worst bank I've ever used. I only have them because I got an auto loan from a dealership and that's what they gave me. I wish I never bought a car. Extra steps to do literally anything in the website or app. OTP every time I login. An $8 fee to pay by DEBIT CARD. I have to go to the website because I can't even find where to make a payment in the app but on the website it's right there next to the account info. All the extra "convenience" fees but nothing about it is concenient.

This app worked passably in the beginning but as of recently, there has been an update that makes using it more work than it's worth. i can't even look at 1 transaction and go back to the main screen without the app force closing itself and making me sign in again. I'm not using an old out of date phone either. Poor user experience, poor options for notification about payments/purchases made. If youre attempting to do anything shy of checking your bank balance, go online or visit an actual bank.

When I choose a spending category more than 2 times in a row, the programming says to change all spending categories to that one. If I want to select groceries 20 times, I would rather do that then have the all my spending changed to groceries, especially if I'm trying to select groceries, pharmacy, shopping, etc. Allow me to make my changes without automatically changing everything. This issue has caused me to attempt to change/update my categories like 5 times within the last month. please fix
