Ratings and reviews

Kept getting an error: "Oops! Something went wrong. Forbidden The request is understood, but it has been refused or access is not allowed." Has never been an issue before. Not on a VPN, have never used one before. Was able to sign in perfectly fine on the website. Deleted and reinstalled the app, and was still getting this error. Only thing that fixed it was clearing both cache and data. What's the point of an app if it can just suddenly malfunction like this?

hate the app. you can barely do anything with it, so you end up using the website. why have an app that doesn't make anything easier? I can't view my full account number on the app. you know, the most important detail you need to share when applying for a ton of things in life? Navigating the app is a nightmare, and again, to actually do anything, you need to use the website. hate this credit union. once my loan is paid off, im closing my account and switching to someplace else.

Great app. With nice features and functionality. I like how I can see all of my America first acct info. Then, also my other bank. It doesn't show all my accounts at the other bank. But it's still very nice for a quick look at the balance in my other checking account. Has a nice feature for paying my afcu car payment internally. There really is a lot going on in this app. I have never used bill payment service for external accounts like lights and internet. So I cannot speak for/ against it.
