Even if you click the remember me box. It does not remember your username or password. It will not let you use anything related to a previous username, email, or anything you would actually remember. Then, when you do put in all the information. It freaks out and says the password is incorrect. If you go to their desktop website, I can log in regularly. Something is wrong with this app.

Always hanging with errors, right when we need to go see a doctor. Customer support is also next to non existent, raised tickets but no reply. Each time I face issues, need to uninstall and reinstall, try my luck and sometimes it pulls thru. Please get this app better organized and rectified, otherwise customer experience is badly impacted.

The apps always crash worst that government apps, and the app always scrolling and never timeout, wasting all my time not sure to continue waiting for outcome or just kill the app. The apps UI is neither app or web, it only has the weakness of web and app. AIA please relook into this before all clients switching to other insurance
