Even if you click the remember me box. It does not remember your username or password. It will not let you use anything related to a previous username, email, or anything you would actually remember. Then, when you do put in all the information. It freaks out and says the password is incorrect. If you go to their desktop website, I can log in regularly. Something is wrong with this app.

If the issue still persists, kindly use the "Report An Issue" available in the login page, or on the top left hamburger menu after you logged in or email us at my.customer@aia.com to investigate further.

Overall the other things in the app are useful such as the insurance plan one has bought. Have not make any claims yet so unsure how easy it is to make claims. However the workout part is very problematic. I'm not sure if it only detect steps. Stationary cycling is not detected, when use other exercise mode also not detected. Come one. Please improve the app. Those definition exercises 10 mins at 80 percent heart rate are rubbish as app doesn't detect at all. Waste my time + Frustrated.

updated 14/01. raised another apps problem and received rubbish reply again. please check on the reward function. the search button is error and it appeared woth other users too. unistall and reinstall doesn't help at all. done that before sending the request. do the team check on it before replying the enquiry? replying following sop doesn't satisfy all user as time goes.
