Kudos to the dev for listening to the complain on developer mode issue, change from 1* to 5*. I love the app interface and ease of use compared to the previous app. But a bit shame on management to deployed this app without a proper beta test, thus impacted this app rating. Those 1* due to developer mode shenanigans from other users, it's something that u can't reverse. Unless they updated their review. But overall, kudos to the dev!

Absolutely terrible experience. This app is supposed to make things easier, but it does the complete opposite. I can’t log in, I can’t even create a new account, and it won’t accept my phone number. It keeps asking me to “input another number” — what kind of logic is that? Not everyone has multiple numbers lying around. And instead of fixing the problem in the app itself, it expects users to go read FAQs or contact support. Do you think people have time for that just to pay bills or check water

supposed to go paperless but always get server in error prompt. can't even pay my bill. i have a specific day to pay all my bills & it is frustrating when you can't pay your water bill on the same day you pay your other bills. i don't have time to log in frequently to check whether app is functioning. whoever came up with this should be hanged.
