If you have another rideshare / carshare option, you should use that instead. In the past 3 months, more than half the reservations I have made through this app have been canceled, often with only 2-3 hours of advance notice. Their vehicles seem to just be unreliable. Customer support does their best but ability to compensate me for my extra costs is limited.

★★☆☆☆ Pricing is not transparent. The app shows one rental price, but the final cost increases with VAT, mileage charges and other fees. You cannot view a proper trip history, payment details or charge breakdowns in the app and are instead sent to the website. Having to use a website for basic car-sharing features in 2026 is ridiculous. Since Zipcar left the UK there are few alternatives, but this app feels like it belongs in 2015, not 2026.

I would not recommend it. They don't explain rules. I got 25 mins late coz I couldn't figure out how to end the ride and I didn't know how to extend it either, actual rent was £33.2 for 2.5 hours but additional£25 for being late for 25 mins. I explained that I didn't know how to end it or extend it and that it was my first trial thingy, they won't refund the additional £25. Not courteous enough at all :(.
