Car was great. However, I was quoted £60, then charged £128 when I went overtime by 20 minutes. This charge was completely without warning, it just showed up on my bank statement (poor communication). Furthermore, I had to pick the car up from a car park where it had racked up a £23 parking ticket that I had to pay (should also be made aware prior to agreeing to rent). Car club is a good idea, but very poorly executed.

The idea is great, while app seems slow with limited functionality and speed. The pricing system could be more transparent and clear so that there are no suprise charges and fees. My qoute was £156 for reservation from Friday 4pm till Sunday 7pm. I picked up car, used and returned it without any glitches however the final bill was £224.70. There were things on the bill that neither myself nor customer service advisor could make sense of. They couldnt explain to me which is a shame really.

The service itself is pretty good, cars easy to book. Just lacks a bit of polish. Can't import the .vcs calendar file into Google calendar, please change to a format like .ics which would be more helpful for Android. Also wish I could see past reservations and how much I was charged historically.
