If you have another rideshare / carshare option, you should use that instead. In the past 3 months, more than half the reservations I have made through this app have been canceled, often with only 2-3 hours of advance notice. Their vehicles seem to just be unreliable. Customer support does their best but ability to compensate me for my extra costs is limited.

I guess with Zipcar gone we're going to be using this more often. It's good that there's an alternative (the only alternative in my neighborhood) but the service is not the best. Vans are in a poor state and it's difficult to see what's around you and their availability. For some feedback I'd say default to a map view that shows what is around you and if it's available. Most people are flexible so we just want to know when the van or car will be free so we can run a few errands.

Cheaper membership and rental than other car sharing companies in my city, service and customer support are fine. However, the one thing I loathe is that every time you open the app, you need to login either with a password or with a fingerprint. They force you to do this to add time to or check your reservation when you're on the road. I don't use my phone once the car is in motion and wish the app UI would reflect that level of safety.
