Enterprise CarShare is a membership-based car-sharing program that allows you to rent a vehicle when you need it - by the hour, day or overnight.

- Create, modify, and cancel reservations

Ratings and reviews

If you have another rideshare / carshare option, you should use that instead. In the past 3 months, more than half the reservations I have made through this app have been canceled, often with only 2-3 hours of advance notice. Their vehicles seem to just be unreliable. Customer support does their best but ability to compensate me for my extra costs is limited.

App regularly forgets my Member ID, requiring a long process, usually at an important time, of finding the ID in my emails, re-entering my password, before I am allowed back in the app using my thumbprint. This is now meaning I use the service much less. It hasn't been fixed and I am investigating alternatives. Otherwise a brilliant app and service, but this is not good enough.

So far so good. Booked cars in two cities and both were in immaculate condition. No issues with payments or anything like that. I had to extend one journey twice due to traffic and charges were applied correctly. Payment transparency is not the best - I have ended up paying roughly the expected amount, but with all the discounts and additions it is not really clear how! Customer service was totally charming and helpful both times I called them.
