Ratings and reviews

The app opens, says an error occurred, I push the return to home button, and the process repeats forever. Have force stopped the app, cleared the cache and data, but the problem is always there. Angie, when I sent all the details to the email address you specified, I got a reply stating that email is no longer used. It said I need to chat with your support team. Why didn't you just tell me to do that? I provided the details & a video via the chat, and nothing has changed. Still not usable...

It was great! The price they gave online is the real one. There is no deposit nor surprises when returning the car. It was also very helpful to know that returning the car at the same place and time it was picked up, offers you a better price. Prices are affordable! Other companies that offer you $10/ day are not including taxes, deposits and different charges. The only thing I would suggest is to let customer add any change to the reservation, as for example add toll feature while using thecar

UPDATE/EDIT: Latest update has fixed the issue and I'm now able to login. Devs responded to my initial review and provided a fix in a timely manner. App is responsive and well designed. INITIAL REVIEW: Unable to login to app. I AM able to log into the website. I use a password manager to fill username and password in so I am confident both are correct. Called support and they had no idea what to do.
