Unusable, old app wouldn't let me recieve a text with the code. The updated version tells me I'm not connected to the Internet when I tryto usee it, when I clearly am. Total waste of time and totally unusable, will.be deleting.

BRING BACK the old design!! How much money did you pay for the new, useless design? Did you even test this on normal people?In the case of EMERGENCY, we have to do 3 clicks instead of one (when you had all the icons on the home page). But 1st, we have to REMEMBER WHERE to click to get to the page with icons! Is it "Help", is it " services" OR is it " citizen assistance"?????? You are literally playing with people's lives with this! OMG, why ruin a perfectly good thing?

Here is a hint for those from the U.S. trying to use this app but couldn't get the verification code. I ran into the same issue not receiving a text to my main phone number. However, as I registered the app using my Google voice number, the verification code went through and the app is activated. Also, multi language suppory is still available. One just has to get through the first step of selecting the preferred language in Spanish, then the rest will take care of itself.
