This app is not tested and full of bugs. Took ages and a few calls just to activate the card. the last attempt says error and next minute card is activated. The app doesn't allow screen capture and customer service ask me take picture from another phone to drop an email. Really?Then, add to Google wallet says conenction timeout a few times before success. Chat redirect to browser also buggy and as good as not having this service.

When I approve the password reset, the screen keeps loading forever. There’s no error message and no solution provided to contact customer support. I have already tried the following steps, but the issue still persists: Restarted my phone Reinstalled the app Switched between mobile data and Wi-Fi Turned data and Wi-Fi on and off

Apps really useless, can't use jompay. It keep loading and also can't use QR scan & pay, after scanned merchant qr and when i want to proceed payment it shows error. Really useless app.
