Once you select a machine there's no way to cancel. This is very inconvenient and costly. The *start* button still must be pushed manually on a washer or dryer once chosen with the app. One would assume the app might recognize if a machine isn't started within a certain time frame, the user didn't intend to use it and funds could be returned to the account. What an archaic app, which offers users no way to correct mistakes made within the app. It's as though it was designed in the 1970's.

This app is good for payment only. It has no 'search' feature to find laundromats with Speed Queen machines. You have to find one first and either scan the QR code on one of the machines or enter the six-digit location code to add it. The app is almost useless except as a way to avoid carrying quarters around with you every time you do laundry.

The app doesn't keep up with all of the machines that I am using. I usually get less than half the machines to show, which isn't great if you need to add time to a dryer because you can't if the app doesn't show YOU are using the machine. I have had to pay to restart the dryer to continue drying. It's already very expensive to use the machines and that glitch makes it more expensive. It is nice that they give you money for using the app, so that's at least a plus to offset the glitch.
