One of the best banking applications I've used. It has a great and clear interface, with loads of features. Only problem i have is the fact that for some reason, i get an error when adding an international beneficiary. And when the desired beneficiary is added through the branch, i would still receive an error when i try to transfer the money. Other than that, the application is amazing.

really bad app!! crashes all the time and takes forever to login + plus the experience is far from being optimized. The system can change your purchase limit or blocks you from making transfers without any heads-up and you'll have to go through customer service who only wants to get rid of you as soon as possible! very bad experience!! doesn't deserve even one star!!

Al Rajhi Bank has been the worst banking experience for me. The app and system keep crashing, which makes it very frustrating and unreliable. The most disappointing part is their customer helpline. Even if you select the English representative option multiple times, you always get connected to someone who only speaks Arabic. They don’t try to understand or assist, and in most cases they just disconnect the call. This is unacceptable for a bank that claims to serve millions of customers
