Terrible app. Very basic and does not work properly. Can't even correct date of birth in the account settings and even after your passport details are saved in won't let you perform online check-in because it is asking for passport details AGAIN!!

Very irritating and basic app, every time you want to change details while booking, everything diappears and you have to go through whole process again, booking for my family also not replection in my app as it does for other airlines. Needs lot of improvement and maturation.

The app looks sleek and smooth. Somehow I could never enter "manage booking" and it always go to error.

What’s new

1. RB SkySavour: It is now enabled, allowing you to choose your pre-select meal preferences in advance for guests travelling from Brunei to Jeddah, Dubai, Melbourne and Tokyo.

2. Fare Basis Class information: Direct links to fare conditions are added for easy reference.

3. Miles Extension Fix: Resolved a problem where incorrect features were displayed on the "Extend Expiring Miles" page.

4. Mobile Check-In Improvement: Fixed an issue where passport details were skipped during mobile check-in.
