Ratings and reviews

I didn't think Device Management could get any worse, but I was wrong and this update is WAY worse. The organization is awful. The data displayed is flat-out wrong. Devices that are off indicate they are on and vice versa. Some have no indication at all. Devices in a Group show conflicting status in Group view vs. device view. Routines don't trigger reliably. Alexa isn't even close to being the control center for a Smart Home. What an unwanted disappointment.

With every new "update," the app and its usefulness get worse and worse. As more and more useless information bloats the app, the intended features (rountines, voice control, etc.) fail to work on top of constant disconnection of devices. After years of struggling and hoping for these issues to be addressed, I think it's time to part ways with this subpar product and try another.

Hate the update!!!!!!!!!! Bring back the old app. It was so much better!! This new update is trash. I can't adjust where I am on audibles from my phone now. My kids listen to audibles every night on different devices. They always put them on from my phone. They'll adjust where they were, now that feature doesn't work. I can't easily get to things like before. The flow is gone and it's not user friendly.
