Ratings and reviews

Very clunky. I'd expect something more intuitive and better quality from Amazon. It's annoying that if you select an item on a list and then click back to return to the list, it always returns you to the top of the list, rather than spot that you were at. Update: Yesterday, half of my alarms I have set for different days of the week just vanished from my list. No idea why. And while I'm trying to add them back, one more went missing, and now I keep getting errors, so I can't fix this at all.

Keeps Stopping since the last update on 10/10. The app works well sometimes and then completely bugs out and stops randomly. I have bought a new modem, had cable check in inside the home, reset numerous times. I have deleted cache, forced stopped and still not working. Now it's stuck on one song on an album. If I want to listen to that album it goes back to that same song but doesn't play it and you can go to the next. In stead of enjoying music, I spend hours online trying to fix it

Amazon devices get worse over time: It was working fine some time ago to display the content of my Amazon music library, select an album and play it - nowadays that's not possible anymore! Only way seems to be to create a playlist for each album. Ecobee app became worse too (fewer controls) and it's impossible to operate it through Alexa's that are linked to a different account in the same household. Same applies to plugs! Sometimes they work, sometimes they don't.
