Ratings and reviews

Recent updates have removed a lot of control functions, monitoring and adjusting my Pandora playlist is effectively impossible from the app. I have an easier time just connecting to my phone's Bluetooth and running pandora app. Skills are more convoluted to access, and Alexa echo device functions (older model) no longer seem to adjust properly (i.e. equalizer, volume control, etc).

it has gotten worse over the years. Too much tweaking is making the devices slow, stupid,and frustrating to use...they go on at random, don't completely shut off, and are slow to answer and mistake the question asked, answering misinformation. if you have more than one device, the one that is not in the room and out of earshot will answer you. it's as if a 5 year old programed these recent devices. Poor products.

FIX THE BUGS CAUSING CONNECTIVITY ISSUES The most recent update in April has caused so many issues. My speakers are no longer responsive consistently, and they no longer play as a group in spite of many attempts to troubleshoot. The app update also screwed up my echo auto. On top of all of this, if I'm in the app in the music section and go into another app for a moment, i have to ho back through like 3-4 places to get back to my music instead of the app leaving you where you left off.

Our new design has made it easier to access your favorite features and devices. The Home page offers quick access to smart home controls, Echo management, and numerous Alexa features. The Devices page offers customizable views to manage your devices.
