Ratings and reviews

Amazon Alexa doesn't work as efficiently as other similar apps. The screens aren't very user-friendly because there is too much information just on the home screen alone. Navigation bars need to be more evident. I have a lot of devices, and it becomes too cumbersome when trying to find one device. Lately, I've been noticing a lag in response times with Alexa and also with Amazon music. I click on a song to play and I hear more like a vibrating tone that confirms the selection & nothing plays.

When I had one device connected to the app it was ok, but as I have added to our house and tried to get Alexa to work with other devices, it keeps getting harder. Constantly being told that skill doesn't work, go to the app. I get to the app, told to update the app (even tho on the newest version). Very frustrating to not be able to get to do basic things like link to the Roku.

This is probably the worst app I've seen in terms of User Experience. I've tried for months now to turn off sports notifications on my Echos and I still have no clue where they are coming from. I even spent 45 minutes with tech support to solve this, and I thought I did after they found this obscure location where I was following something but no, I'm still getting notifications. Also, after moving to a new phone, every time I launch the app, I have to go through the "setup" process.
