Welcome to the American Express App, your provider of credit cards, travel, and insurance services. With the Amex App, you can conveniently keep track of your transactions, cards, and points, as well as all the latest offers with Amex Offers, all in real time. You can also easily book your next trip through the app, refer friends directly from the app and secure attractive rewards, or apply for additional cards. Activate your American Express card and stay on top of your account activity, account details, Membership Rewards®, PAYBACK points, and much more.

• Sales Summary and Online Statement: View your transactions for the past six months, sorted by debits and credits, and download your online statement as a PDF.

• The app is for personal American Express® cards and Corporate Cards issued by American Express Europe S.A. (Germany branch).

• The app is only usable with cards issued in Germany.

• Feature availability depends on the card product.

All access to and use of this app are subject to the End User License Agreement, the website's rules and terms, and the online privacy policy.

Ratings and reviews

I am an American Express Platinum card holder in Germany and it’s disappointing that the app is only available in German. For a global premium brand with a very high annual fee, English should be standard. The app contains important financial and insurance information, and forcing non-German speakers to rely on translations is unacceptable. This does not reflect a premium, international service.

very good. just the "you have been logged out because of inactivity" pop up at the re-login is annoying.

Impossible to login, receiving this error every time "Leider ist beim laden dieses inhalts ist ein fehler aufgetreten..." Update 16/01/26: Called the customer service, they didn't solve the issue, still impossible to me to login in the app or with the browser
