Amazing. I can't even log in after I've picked the county and language. I can't even enter my login information. I barely touched the login button and it gave me "something went wrong. please try again later (903)" message. Seriously?

It's forcing me to enable 'biometric authentication' to use the app. apparently logging in with your username and password isn't enough. I don't want to save 'biometric information' on my phone and neither on AMEX. Garbage usability & making things HARD for Platinum members

Why don't you just add a basic setting for users to change language in your app? It is very difficult? Living in Netherlands does not mean I master Dutch, but this stupid app does not allow me to switch to English
