App seems useless, it only redirects to the website, where I need to separately login. UX is terrible tbh. No English language in the Dutch version, it's nonsense. Absolutely not the type of experience you expect for such money

horrible app. doesn't work properly. Taking into account that amex costs 65+ euro per month, the app could be better. Sometimes buttons don't work. you click, but no effect. sometimes benefits aren't shown correctly. If, in desperation, you remove the app, and install it again, it takes days to register again...

the UI is so broken in Android 16 (Pixel 9 Pro) so you can't even go to the settings section. For a company like Amex, this is embarrassing since the issue is ongoing for so long. I feel like the developers aren't really looking into this
