Ratings and reviews

This app doesn't work, promised promotions in most cases don't work and to finish now impossible to create an account. Even the call center is enable to make it work. Having a Amex Platinum is no longer worthwhile.

If they had an annual spend running total, based on anniversary years, so you could see how much you've spent on the card, so one could see how close they are to milestone spends for the bonuses, that would've been perfect.

The app is out of date. I received emails telling me about new platinum card experiences but the app doesn't list them. The only way to book is via the app. The app invariably updates once everything is fully booked, leading me to believe that they operate a priority list of preferred customers who get first dibs on events.
