Installed and first-time rental yesterday. Owner of car: communicative, clear, fair. Amovens support - responsive, yet complicated and technically a buggy app. Issues included verification (uploaded same images repeatedly; process took hours), and App gets stuck if upload is incomplete (underground garage had spotty mobile data). As others note: app aggressively charges for each minute late -- App issue, not car owner issue. Easier than traditional rental car? Should be. But is not. Deleting...

Updated from 5 to 3 stars. The app currently doesn't require users to validate the car's interior condition with photos at checkin the same way it does for the exterior; it only allows reporting preexisting major dirt/damage. This creates a risky loophole where an owner can claim a cleaning fee using only "after" photos, leaving the renter without a mandatory "before" photo to prove the car's baseline condition. Mandating interior checkin photos would make the dispute process fairer for everyone

Used the service only once so far but it has been an overwhelmingly positive experience. For in city rental a much easier option to traditional rent a car services.
