Usually I don't bother with reviews. But this one is a special case. Virtual care is super helpful! When the app decides to work. Scheduling anything on this app has straight up caused me to break down. Don't even get me started on trying to connect with the actual provider via video chat (to no fault of the provider). 9 times out of 10 it doesn't work and takes 20 minutes to get it to function at all. Luckily all the health providers I have encountered are understanding and don't just leave.

This is set up the same as MyChart, with exception to the fact the Google Fit can be connected. I have been trying since getting this app, to connect the two apps for my activities but no matter how I try, Google fit does not recognize Sydney Health, and so it won't connect. I have been able to connect all of my other apps to Google fit. So this is puzzling. If I can get assistance with this, I will change my rating.

Things never load and often state "Try Again Later" I don't think this is a very useful app for searching for any type of medical help whatsoever. It makes it feel as though you probabaly don't even matter considering the buggy mess that often occurs. Though at the same time I'm not sure if it's just the app that's failing or the website as well. I often get both of those come up with errors...
