Within minutes, members can visit with a doctor, right from the app. You also can access your health plan and medical information in one place. It is impossible to copy the address of a Healthcare provider from the app, and the map link is for lat/long, preventing the maps app from showing the address as well, or for getting directions to the location. A plain text string with the address would be a significant improvement over the current implementation.

Horrible, just horrible. It never works. I have tried for hours to get the virtual care option to function. I installed the app on android and Apple and it just simply does not work. It is the most frustrating app I have ever used. For as much as I pay in health insurance premium each month, I hoped that the one feature that is actually appealing would work. But, it's a waste of time and energy. I cannot express my absolute rage dealing with this app over the last week.

Wish you could get a negative rating. App is not updated on PCP, only way to contact them is by calling the PCP. The APP message doesn't work, you can type and fill everything then it won't send out. The virtual care is the worst I tried. I like to see what response I get with a known problem and the result is way off. Then it keeps compiling and no way of deleting the list. If you scroll it may choose automatically and no way to back out, you'll have to start over.
