Update: Still have issues signing in but figured out a work around that works on my phone. 5 stars if I didn't have to do this. Unable to sign in. I continue to receive a timeout error. I loved this app until two or three weeks ago when this started happening. I now have to log-in through my browser and hope for the best. I sometimes get the same message there but I can usually get in after three tries. I'm unable to get in through the app at all.

Installed the latest version and get the following when attempting to sign into the app: "An unexpected error has occurred. Please try again later" The error has not changed for many days. Clearing the cache, data, and a force stop does not change the message.

Worked reasonable well except it refused to accept the destination address. Appears to be a google map problem but it shouldn't delete half the address repeatedly. I ended up cancelling because the towing eta was 1hr 15min. Checked my AAA and they were there in 20 minutes. A few years ago AO was going to cancel my actual collision insurance because they thought I was using the roadside too much. Should have reported them to the state agency. Will be switching everything when I'm ready.
