This is frustrating, I cannot access my account anymore. I kept getting the advertisement slide anytime I click on the app to check my account, I have done everything it asked me to do, but it kept go over and over. Installed and installed, still nothing is changing. I have pending transactions to complete.

This app is very frustrating and forget about trying to get help setting it up online. You really are not delivering what you promised with this app especially for those outside Africa. The app should work on any phone and any phone number around the world as long as the person as an active account with Ecobank. Please have a professional fix it. It is really worth it if you want to keep some customers.

Easy and convenient to use, but add more features like face lock and self setup without visiting the bank. I lost my phone when I got one and installed the app I have to visit the bank again for linkage,it is not so with other bank,once it's already linked that's it. Please work on this. Thank you
Dear Gilbert, Thank you for your feedback. Kindly follow the steps below to set up Fingerprint or face ID on your Mobile app: 1 Open the Ecobank Mobile App 2 On the menu page, select more. 3 Settings 4 Security settings 5 Select "Enable fingerprint or face ID" and Select OK to proceed. Regards
