I booked 3 tickets today, lured in by the district’s Buy 1 Get 1 offer which turned out to be completely misleading. After booking, the vouchers provided were not valid at the theatre, coz outlet isn't there. Instead, I was told to travel 10–12 km just to redeem them. Totally unreasonable. To make things worse, customer support was unhelpful. They simply read from a script and offered no real solutions. False advertising, poor customer service, and a complete waste of time. Avoid using this app.

This app is an absolute nightmare and desperately needs a complete overhaul. Every step of the booking process, from selecting a movie to final payment, is riddled with bugs and frustrating glitches. I constantly encountered \mathbf{infinite\ loading\ screens} and error messages right as I was about to confirm my seats, forcing me to restart the whole process multiple times. ​The seat map is inaccurate and laggy, often showing seats as available only to deem them "already booked" when I proceed.

Horrible app experience. The application is full of bugs and the customer support is more horrible. I booked a movie through the app. While booking it gave the option to select the movie language which i did and proceeded with the booking and payment. No where during the rest of the booking steps did it show me the show time language. Finally after booking completed i saw the language booked was different than what I had selected initially. Best is the dont even acknowledge the bug. Be careful.
