It is a poorly written app with generic milestones. You believe you are getting a personalized experience but you aren't. You are getting a daily reflection, a generic set of calendar milestones that don't reflect on any real progress (you can ignore the app for a week and get the weekly milestone!), a hard to navigate community, and an AI chat bot. Get a journal and an accountability partner and don't waste your money on this app.

Decent app, I wish the guided readings were more like devotionals or were more intentional than just random Bible verses that aren't really related to each other. There also isn't any kind of difference in the first few days of journaling, if you relapse it'll be the same every time. Setting the relapse time is a pain as the app won't let you change the time. The app is a solid idea just needs more polishing. I will continue using the app and hope that the team continues improving it.

The "calculations" and "custom plan" is all fake, it's a one-size-fits-all solution. After going through the onboarding, after a PRAYER, there's an unskippable "rate us" screen. And then you're locked out of going any further without paying a subscription. Yep, there's no free functionality, and they don't communicate that anywhere. They're preying on desperate people with a generic and buggy app.
