What a horrible app ... Poorly designed. Tried to download my bill but it will only download within the app itself. It won't download to my files on my phone, so I can't print it off. Back arrow NEVER returns you to the previous screen but back to the home screen. Sluggish and slow. I often get "App isn't available" indicator. Very difficult to get any granular look at power consumption that isn't unintuitive and vague. Finally got frustrated enough to write a review. Just bad...

No value. Their website, while also terrible - is better. Just create a browser link to that on your phone. This app is very slow to load usage data, and when you do - it restricts certain views. For example the "monthly" view only reports days from your last billing period. This app was thrown together quick and they clearly have no plans to make it usable or even slightly better. They don't care about you. After all - its not like you have a choice in providers. Pay up and shut up.

Worst app ever. The latest revision crashed immediately and reports no data for every button and link. The app doesn't even seem like an app, it's more of a web interface wrapper that is not good. Why force the technology! Okay, updated rating from 1 to 3 stars after the quick update. The app still often locks up when it can't retrieve data such as usage.
