Honestly, ever since I downloaded the app (over a year) I kept dealing with bad issues. Things like an order taking TWO HOURS, orders getting cancelled for NO REASON, Customer support being so annoying and then they later me to rate them 5 stars?? I just can't use it anymore. It's so annoying to use the app. The Customer Support used to be top-notch and then they just started getting greedy and frustrating!!! Please don't waste your time with this, there are better delivery apps out there.

The order never arrived,altjough it has been paid for the driver never contacted me, the app shows the order has been delivered, and the customer services respond with no email address, no phone number, just a chat box with limited options. Even with these, they stopped responding. I have been sending messages for 30 minutes with zero response.

So many inconsistencies that it feels like the app is lying (the ol' bait and switch). Promo codes frequently do not discount as much as they claim. Customer service is polite and friendly, but unable to fix any of these issues. It's been getting worse for years. One more of these issues and I'll uninstall.
