Ratings and reviews

The latest update (July 8th, I think) leaves a white bar across the top of each video when looking in landscape mode (phone sideways). This is annoying because it obscures the camera name and time and date of the video you are watching. Please fix this ASAP! After a response from a developer, who said it's color distortion and to seek a solution somewhere, I'm a little confused. My problem has nothing to do with color distortion. The previous level of the program/app was working fine.

After the previous recent update, the screen is black when I hit the live view. I was patient and waited. I just downloaded the newest update in hopes it was corrected and it's not. It's been almost a year since one of the updates doesn't refresh the thumbnails on the camera library. As well as the battery icons being white no matter what stage the battery is. As in when a camera is plugged in and typically shows a lightning bolt and all green. Other batteries could be dead but don't show red.

We are so frustrated with this app. The original was clear and concise. Now they've made it convoluted and non- intuitive, making it difficult to find what you need. The new mode of showing the video sucks, too. The video does a quick pan back and forth, *then* starts playing. It actually makes you feel ill briefly. We've had Arlo cameras for several years now, but are rethinking it because they're making things far too complicated for what is needed.
