This single (Central) mobile application will support all our current SURFboard devices.

It was difficult getting the app to work. I had to uninstall and reinstall the app several times. It's the only way to start over. I got stuck at the phone verification and email code verification. Turning off the modem before doing the email verification did the trick for that. It finally went through the rest of the way. I was surprised that it connected my other devices automatically with no other actions on my part. My tablet, computer and printer were all connected.

I see the device list but I cannot add them to the profiles to use the parental controls in the app. Every time I select a device and click the add device button, a spinner comes up and does not add it to their profile. But it takes me back to "0 devices" on their profile. I gave this an extra star after reading all the reviews. I could at least get connected to the modem/router but just not do what I wanted to do. Simply trying to use the parental controls.

Horrible. I get to the code verification page & then it never loads. It times out & asks for a new code. I enter it, it says the new code is correct, then the loading wheel keeps spinning until it times out again. This happens when I'm connected to 5G and to wifi. I wouldn't care if I didn't need to set up a mesh network. If I close the app, then try again, it gets to the login, my email is there, as well as an error message "1 validation error detected: Value at 'proposedPassword' failed..."
