Ratings and reviews

This app is the worst thing possible to manage your router(s). I find it easier to use the Web UI to do specific settings, but this app tries to manage the credentials (email/password) and often I find out I can no longer log in and, since there is no reset password option, I have to reset the router and restart from scratch. In addition, I'm managing routers at two locations, same model, and this app makes things even more difficult. Please avoid.

The main screen works fine. The parental screen is a joke. Most of the time all it does is load. We bought so we could pause the Internet at our house but it does not work. even when the page stops loading and I can access the toggle switches back and forth the Internet doesn't stop on any device. such a waste to have a router/modem combo and a useless app. I wish they'd have a website I could at least go to in order to use parental controls.

It was difficult getting the app to work. I had to uninstall and reinstall the app several times. It's the only way to start over. I got stuck at the phone verification and email code verification. Turning off the modem before doing the email verification did the trick for that. It finally went through the rest of the way. I was surprised that it connected my other devices automatically with no other actions on my part. My tablet, computer and printer were all connected.
