The new UI looks pathetic to be honest. It looks exactly like the old one but the design is slightly worse. All the images including the logo have also been compressed to the point you can see the pixels and artifacts. So far definitely a step backwards - if I saw this as a new customer I'd definitely be put off. As an existing customer guess I will have to live with it.

Not to be relied on, is the only way to describle this app. Shows bundle Activation needed, though been using it now for nearly a week.Activated over the phone to the call centre after old number transferred across on first day of use. The call time totals show for both calls sent and received. Same with the messages, totals showing for both received and replies. Hopefully when new month starts, new bundle should activate automatically as promised and show better more accurate info.

I'm a new customer although the app looks good and uncluttered unlike other phone apps. But if you can't change your bundle or do anything else then it's next to useless. The help section is atrocious and never finds an answer. I got my laptop out and changed my bundle on the website fine! Which defeats the object. But am still waiting for an email to confirm my bundle and it's still not showing in the app. 🙄
