Urgent: Unable to Watch Astro Despite Monthly Payment Dear Astro Customer Service, I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration. Although I have been paying my Astro bill on time every month, I am currently unable to watch any channels. This is very upsetting, especially since the subscription fee is not cheap, and I expect reliable service in return. Kindly check my account and resolve this issue as soon as possible. poor management.. no option to check what is your subscription. You can add but cannot reduce. Subscription payed but it keep showing need to subscribe. Ask to call customer service but cannot call after 6pm

I have not activated my Astro after not uding more then a year, not use any of your service suddently get bill?? call centre , whatsapp, even apps online nothing can refer to cancel this force subcription . can mcmc help ?
