You are on your own using this app. I would not put much money in it. Application with serious performance and operational issues. I want to use it, but still some more investment needs to happen from the company to bake it reliable. Finally got some human to mail to, but did not help with the issue. I found another workaround there. Still my recommendation to the company is to invest more money in making the app reliable.

Astropay app has a major concern with withdrawls. i requested a withdrawl which was initially delayed by few hours and then later the app shows it has processed and credited the amount to my bank account. however i did not receive the amount in my account and after sending repeated email alongwith my attached bank statement astropay is least bothered to do anything about it.

I'd like to request a help, suddenly I received a verification code from a number on Whatsapp with the name of Astropay as business account. But I did not create any account at Astropay, this way, could you help to understand what's going on? I'm suspecting it is a fraud attempt. I've sent an email to the support of the app, but still waiting for an answer
