I've been trying to get the cash advance to work for months now. first, my account was negative a few dollars, which I wasn't aware would cause it to deny me and make me wait 30 DAYS to request again, which is completely absurd considering I wanted the cash advance to get my account back in the positive. went back after the 30 days and tried again, only for it to say there was an error. gave up for a while and tried again yesterday, and it's been "processing" my request for about 12 hours now.

Charged me the monthly platform fee twice in the same month. I have used the chat in the app and emailed to get it resolved. No responses other than, "We'll escalate this and someone will be in contact." That's been five times now. No contact and no refund or resolution. But they had no problem making sure they took the next month's platform fee.

They never couldn't connect my debit card. After all my personal information was repeatedly added for so many times it's repeatedly says "unexpected error" at the end of the set up. Also that cash advance "in progress" for a while, for so many days, and the amount of $100 just hanging on that home page as decorationof this app. I deleted my account and hopefully my informationis gone too.
