Ratings and reviews

The device works really well. I would recommend getting the Bluetooth and wifi version. The only thing that I believe should be included functions in the app or device itself Is after paying almost 300 dollars for the lock to get full functionality they want u to pat 60 bucks more for a wifi bridge that enables more functions. Give us a break 300 should be enough for the lock and bridge. Other than that it would get 5 stars

Edit: lasted for 7 years but it's no longer working after the current update. Support seems more inclined to just have me get a new one rather than help troubleshoot what I have. Looking at the higher percentage of bad reviews for all but the latest gen, I'm concerned that support for the older models is just an afterthought. Dead simple. It's one of the few smart devices that actually focuses on doing its job instead of overcomplicating it with unnecessary features.

Usually have to exit the app at least once to get it to work when I get home. Works through Google assistant more reliably, but when using the app it can't decide wifi or Bluetooth. We have the bridge and remotely I always have to close the app and reopen. When you tell it you are having an issue it downloads a fault log and doesn't give you somewhere to send it.. I think they have abandoned support and Android...
